Went for my gynae appointment yesterday and did another detailed scan. This time is to check for BB's growth and position. Everything is within the range and her thigh bone is actually above average! Dr Chua said its because of me and hubs being on the tall side. LOL.. Not tall la, but average height la.. hehe..

BB is already heads down and legs up, no wonder I felt her kicking is upwards, towards my ribs and chest. My blood pressure and glucose level is well within control and I've lost weight =S.. I've lost about 1kg which i was quite surprise as I didnt know that during this period, weight can still be lost!
Maybe because I've to control my diet due to the gestational diabetes, so that cause the dip.. but anyway, as long as BB is healthy and normal, Im more than happy =)

BB is now 1.9kg!! Meaning to say I've gained like 4kg on myself.. In another 64 days, she can gain up to 2.5kg at least!! I dont really want her to be born under or over weight..

After BB checkup, Hubs and me went to Taka Baby Fair.. Well, abit the boring la... but nevertheless, we still manage to buy something.. heehee

PJ!! The blue is somehow nicer than the pink.. and it cost $11.. The material really feels soft and comfy!

Hooks for my stroller so that I can hang stuffs behind.. It cost about $6+..


I've got this 2nd hand from another mummy in the forum.. Cost $20.. the original for a new piece is like $35.. Not so sure why its so ex but no hygiene issues, so 2nd hand is not a prob for me.. hehe

More Iron-on patches from Daiso.. Too cute to resist.. Now I would need to find clothes/stuffs to iron these patches on.. hahaha..

Hopefully the Baby Expo next week has better bargains because Im still lack of a few things like:

BB pillows/ bolsters
Cot mattress
Head support
Thermometer
Food warmer etc etc.. so many things!!!

Yes yes, Im kiasu.. Im just too excited over baby stuffs, especially when they are just too cute to resist.. Ha!

Went to IMM to collect my 2nd hand rocker from another Mummy..

Bought this 2nd hand rocker for only $55.. Retail about $100+. The condition is still quite new, not rust, just a little stain..
Went pass Cotton On Kids.. and saw this little dress that I thought was quite cute. hehehe... Bought it for $8.50.. Isnt that dirt cheap also la..

I thought this was quite a good buy.. 3 pairs for $5.. from a shop in Tanjong Pagar exchange.. Closing down sale i guess.. haha..

Im soooo heading down to TAKA BB Fair tomorrow after my gynae appointment. Its also my Week 32 detailed scan.. I'll update again on what I will buy.. hahaha

Week 30 (31)

I went NUH on Monday for my appointment with the Diabetic Clinic, and Dr Chua is the doctor in charge for the day! Haa.. Im so lucky because she actually waived off my consultation charges for her side, and that I just need to pay for the dietitian consultation plus some other fees..

Today, Hubs and me went over to the Mothercare Sale 2011 (15% storewide!!) at Harbourfront Centre.. Im so glad with my buys.. Initially, the queue was really long when we reached at about 4pm, so we decided to skip it and walked around Vivo City, have dinner too. We walked till we have no where to go, Hubs suggested to go back to Harbourfront to see if the queue at Mothercare is still long.. Thank God that there is NO MORE queue to go in!!

Rompers!! I just cant stop buying until Hubs stopped me..hehe..

I think I would have enough bottles for now.. This Mothercare milk bottles are quite cheap.. I tried to change the teats with the Pigeon Wide Neck bottles I bought previously, it kinda fit but not sure if it will leak.. Will test it out when BB pops..

We saw this in Toy's R Us, almost bought it... Luckily we got this at 15% at Mothercare.. Heee


This is soooo cute!! I LOVE the pink bug on the left!! There's music and lights too..

This teether might come in useful at a later stage.. but I like it because it makes the rattling sound and its colourful.. Just love colourful things.. haha..

Cot bumper with fitted sheet (which i dont think it can fit onto my cot matteress) and a Fleece blanket (which I dont think its really required if my BB is wearing long sleeves and pants to sleep).. Its the only bumper that I saw I thought was quite and cheaper..

Pyjamas bought from Giant.. 3 for $10!! Cute rabbit for my Rabbit girl..

From Daiso,.. Hubs loves ducklings.. So I bought this to iron onto BB's hankies.. Super cute!
