Babyspa~

Last weekend was a fun one.. Brought Inez out on both days..

Saturday was Ah Gong's birthday.. So we brought her to Ah Gong and Nai Nai's place.. Dressed her up in clothes given by Auntie Fion and Yiyi.. She looks cute in it just that we need to strip her naked to change her diapers.. lol.. But nevertheless, her Nai Nai is more than willing to do so =)

Happy Mood
*Stoning*

Inez's first time swimming!!

Brought here to Babyspa on Sunday!! Godpa and Auntie Meixi followed us there and Auntie Meixi brought a SUPER BIG camera to take a vid of her.. Its actually her new IPad 2.. hahaha

We went to Harbourfront's BabySpa and suprisingly, there wasnt alot of people...She was quite nervous initially because her feet could not feel the ground.. So she cried abit when she was put into the water.. But after a while, she kinda enjoyed it especially when the Auntie massaged her to relax her muscles.. She cried again because she was hungry..she drank really fast when Hub fed her after dressing her and soon fell aslp. Think it was too tiring for her.. But as least she enjoyed =))

The people really hard sell the package man.. 10 times for about $250 (around there i think).. One session was about $33 for 15-20 mins.. Thats the maximum they can swim for the first time and slowly increase when she goes there.. Because its really tiring for babies.. Nope, wasnt tempted at all to sign the package because its really quite expensive.. The auntie there told me that there is one baby who swim everyday without fail since her full month.. Haha.. rich people can la..

Anyway, Im really happy!! Because Inez is willing to latch on again!! Ha!! I already gave up trying to latch her for full feeds or desserts/snacks because she just doesnt want to. Thought that she prefers the flow of the bottles because its faster.. But one night, after knowing from a mummy that her baby only latches after 1 month, I decided to give it one last try when she was sleeping with me one night.. but actually, I was also kinda lazy to get up from my bed to prepare the milk..and TA DAH!! She latches till she's full and slept till morning!!

I was so happy and decided to try again in the day time because I thought that it could be her just woke up from her sleep, hungry and just "grab" whatever was in front of her that gives milk.. She latches on again! So till today, I will try to latch her at night so that I can save the trouble washing the bottles and heating up the milk.. Hopefully one day, I will bring her out with NO bottles! hehehe..

Im starting work on the 20th July.. Wanted to keep my ML for more important uses like bringing her for jabs and stuffs since I can keep it till her 1st birthday. Hehe.. So I got myself ready by doing manicure!! LOL... Gelish nails @ Fiona's! Love her works because she always give me ideas when I just cant decide what to do to my nails.. haha..

Im a little excited yet scared to go back work.. Not sure how is it going to be like.. I would need to express every 4 hours and hopefully my HR dont come telling me I need to pay back an extra hour I took for expression. *cross fingers*

Diapers

Wow, never thought that Motherhood can really make someone Auntie-like.. LOL.. I'm beginning to feel more and more Auntie already..

Now whenever I go out, I'll only look at baby stuffs-- mainly KIDDY PALACE.. I can stay in there for at least an hour if my hubby dont pull me out.. haha.. Whenever there is Robinsons or John Little, I'll head straight to the kids sections, the other departments somehow dont interest me anymore.. (maybe the household and bed sheet sections still do..)

Anyway, going to those places are not so Auntie-like.. Going to NTUC or other supermarkets make me feel like one.. I will head to the diapers section and see what brand has offers.. I'll take pictures and note down the price to keep for reference.. the Diapers I'll buy if its no more then $0.25/pc..

Now at the beginning stage, I'll buy whatever diaper on sale within my price range and let Inez try because I want to see which is the best for her. So far, here are those that was "tested" on her:

Pureen: Bought it during BB expo and there was sale.. I dont like it because its too thin. Yes, thin diapers is good and cooling in such humid weather here, but its thin to the extend of not being able to absorb much at all.. causing my LO's butt to be red.. DIAPER RASH!! ARghhh... the only thing i like about Pureen is the tape.. its like velco-type, can re-stick if i stick it wrongly.. (then after that I realised that all the diapers I bought can re-stick.. -_-")

Drypers: We bought the NB ones and NUH also uses the NB ones.. This is so-so.. comparable to Pureen but slightly better.. its also gives my LO diaper rash.. even diaper rash cream doesnt even work..duhz.. No more Drypers for me..

Petpet: Not bad.. Quite good.. Thin and DAMN CHEAP! Its about $0.17/pc. No diaper rash for her.. But the absorbency of the diaper is ok.. better then Drypers la.

Huggies: There are a few types.. I've tried the NB, Dry, Dry Comfort and Ultra.. the NB one gave my LO diaper rash. I almost gave up on Huggies..

Dry and Dry comfort is quite good.. good absorbency.. can be really heavy as compared to the rest of the diapers and its quite thin too..

Huggies Ultra is also good, very good absorbency and its clinically proven to prevent diaper rash.. It does work for Inez.. The only thing is that its quite thick.. so it could be a bit hot for her.. I'll stick to the Huggies if there is offer.. but if not, I'll continue using Petpet.. hehe

Actually, i always wanted to try Pampers because alot of super good reviews on it, but its kinda expensive even when there is offer.. And Mamy Poko.. I really love this brand, tried the samples and thought it is really good and very soft too. but its expensive too, even when on offer..

The next brand I wanna try on Inez is the Goo.n and Nepia.. Good reviews too.. hehehe..

Of course using diapers the WHOLE DAY, EVERYDAY will make me broke.. So in Tamp, my mum will use the traditional napkins.. Got maid so can wash everyday.. that of course prevented diaper rash as we got to change when she pee. That obviously cant hold at all. Only at night, we will change into diapers.. so that she and US can sleep better.. haha

At my own home, we used Moo Moo Kow.. those reusable cloth diapers that can be washed after each use. The absorbency is SUPERB! Comparable to the disposables. No diaper rash too! Each diaper comes with 2 inserts. 1 for NB, another is for bigger children. What I will do is that if she pee but no poo, I will change to another insert and this will allow me to make use of all the inserts I have, rather than leaving it hanging around and use only when she is older.. I really love those and would highly recommend people to buy that. The only drawback is that its actually quite expensive.. $30 a piece and you would need ALOT if you are planning to use it the whole time without disposables. But good investment as it can last you until 1 yr old, until she is potty trained. I think the time frame can cover the cost of the disposable diapers used ba..

I cant be bother to bring out the Moo Moo Kow diapers when we go out because you will still need to carry the dirty ones back to wash..It can really be heavy and bulky if its soaked with pee.. I will use disposables when I bring her out, more convenient.. So in the end, I'll still save $$ and also protecting the environment? Haa..

Breast feeding experiences

Most mother's dream is to breastfeed exclusively until she starts working.. It's actually the special bonding time between you and BB. But I wasnt able to latch BB on properly until I went home. My nipples cracked and bled in the hospital. Was really afraid to latch her on when it was feeding time. I managed to get the hang of it when I went back home, but was really too tired to be woken up every 2 hours, even at night, and latch her on for 45mins - 1 hour. It really wasnt easy especially the milk hasnt come in yet plus the stitches below hurts when you move too much..

We introduced the bottle and supplemented with formula so that I can rest more during the confinement (and my nipples as well). I also began to express my milk so that my family can actually give her while im busy or sleeping. As time goes by, she was fully bottle fed and does not want to latch on anymore.

In my opinion, Nipple confusion is not the word to use at all. BB is clever, she is not confused at all, she recognizes my nipple and bottle teats.. Just that she takes a few seconds to know how to suckle. But the thing is, the flow of the bottle teats is much faster (she is really an impatient girl) then my breast, so she doesnt want to latch on anymore. She only took my breast as a snack/appetizer/dessert source, never a main course

Was really quite affected by it initially. I went online to search for ways to latch her back on and came across this forum where all mummies are exclusively bottle feeding from the start due to many reasons..

One of them posted: "Its doesnt matter how you feed, as long as breast milk is given, baby will still benefit from it". I thought it was quite true, so I gave up the idea. I will try to latch her on, but if she screams and rejects, I'll always have a bottle to standby.

So now, BB is already 1.5 mths and growing well.. hehe.. already 5kg and 55cm..

I only realized later that BB is taking alot of milk as the feeds went up almost every day.. She's already taking 120ml per feed now. the milk I expressed wasnt enough for her at all. I desperately search for ways to increase the supply and started to pump diligently.

Initially, I only managed to pump like 10-20ml each time when she was already taking 60ml.. So every 2-3 hours in the day, i will express.. at night, I will set my alarm at about 4 hours. It was super tiring.. I also took fenugreek, got my mum to cook fish and papaya soup (which doesnt work for me by the way, and it made my milk smells fishy.. yucks!).. Finally my hard work paid off.. I can now pump 80- 120ml each time and still trying to increase it until I hit 200ml and maintain it there.. Seeing my little one being able to benefit from my breast milk really makes me happier too =)

My mother in law gave me a fish call "orh he" (direct translation would be black fish) which is call Mullet, really helped me in my milk supply too.. so my mum cooked for me every 2 days. Its quite nice actually because there's alot of meat and quite cheap too.. like $5 for 2 big fishes? haha..

Labour Story

Our little Inez is out to see the world on the 3rd May 2011.. Cute little girl is already 5 weeks old.. time really flies.. I still clearly remember the day my water bag broke.. felt like it was like yesterday..

On the 2nd May, Hub and I were planning to meet Fred and HQ for steamboat at Bugis but Fred fell sick, so the plan was canceled. We ended up meeting Hub's Dad and Bro for dinner at Two Chef @ Commonwealth as his mum and sis went to HK.. Two Chef has the BEST butter pork by the way.. Yummy! Glad I had it before I gave birth. kakaka

Anyway, after dinner, we went to the Opposition Rally (Cant be bothered to remember the name of the party as our place got walked- over) held at the open space area beside Commonwealth MRT and went home shortly after..

When we reached home, I felt abit weird "down there", it was abit hard to explain the feeling..but now come to think of it, i think it was the "lightening".. At about 10pm, Hub said that he was tired and went into the room to sleep, while i was in the living room, using my com.. I was about to take something (till now I really cant remember what I wanted to do) so I got up from the sofa.. I then felt a "pop" in my stomach and water kept flowing non stop. I thought it was pee but no ammonia smell, then I realized it was my water bag. In my heart, the first thing I thought was: "Heng ah, Im at home, not outside!" haha.. It would be damn embarrassing if the bag were to break when Im outside because its really ALOT. Some people experienced trickles, mine is a GUSH!

I then shouted out to Hub, telling him that my water bag broke.. his first reaction? "Wa lau.. just when I was about to sleep???" -_-""

I when to take a nice shower, slowly packed my bag and the damn water kept flowing non stop into my maternity pad that I had to change at least 2, just to absorb it.. My maternity pad is those super super thick one.. (Pureen brand) and changing it means its super soaked..

I packed my bag wit all those last minute stuff and called NUH to check myself in before I went there. They told me to check in when I felt the pain, so I slowly pack all my stuff and then I've got nothing to do liao.. I cant even sit down because when I stand up, the water will gush out.. so we called a cab and reached the hospital in 8 mins and I was already lying on the bed in the delivery suite at 11.30.. They checked to see if its real labour because my contraction haven started.. They did all the necessary test and once they confirmed it was labour and 4cm dilated, they told me to change into the hospital robe..

The nurses and the Doctor in charge at that time came in and out the room.. at about 1 plus, my back started to ache.. Then it felt worse as time goes by. the nurse was asking me if I felt the contractions, I said no.. but my back really ached.. The CTG scan did show that I have contractions but I didnt felt it.. The nurse told me maybe is because the BB's head is pressing against the nerves on the spine, that was why i felt the aches.. They asked if I wanted to take epidural, I said yes because Dr Chua told me to take it in case I cant take the pain and my blood pressure will shoot up.. So they took my blood to do a test to see if I cant take epi due to my blood pressure.. The ache got much worse and frequent, so waiting for the damn bloody blood test to come out was like a torture to me.. and not to mention with the CTG thingy on my tummy and the drip on my hands limited my movements.. made me felt even worse..

Finally at 2+, the anesthetist came and said that Im ok to take epi.. he then SLOWLY explained the side effects and procedures of the jab.. In my heart, I really wanted to scold him and tell him to talk faster but I endure.. and the ache made me couldnt talk.. He was asking me if I felt the contractions, I said no, but my back aches BIG time.. He said that if its back ache, usually epi doesnt help.. I was like -_-"".. wah lao!! imagine my feeling then?

Anyway, he gave the jab.. It was quite painful when he jab the needle in and the position i was sitting felt weird. The stupid back ache came when he jab and was told NOT to move a slightest bit..torture man.. It was done and almost immediately, the aching was gone.. Thank God man..

I was told to sleep so that I will have the energy to push but with the BP machine taking my BP every 20 mins, nurses and doctors coming in now and then, how to sleep? It made me even more tired when I slept and being woken up by either of them..

At 4am, I was told that I was 8cm dilated and at 6am, I was already 10cm dilated. But because BB head is still high up, Shes not ready to come out.. They lowered the epi so that I can feel a little of the contraction..So at about 8, the nurses came in and told me to start pushing to try try.. I did try my best to push but nothing happened. Just when the nurses told me to rest, Dr Chua came in.. She told me to try again..it was realy difficult to push i think partly also because of the wrong muscle used. Haha.. Anyway, 4 midwifes came to help.. 2 helped me pushed my tummy, and 2 supporting my leg while Dr Chua snipped below and finally delivered BB. I took about 1 hour plus to push because i just couldnt push for so long.. Hub said that he saw BB's hair already when i pushed but went back in when i breathe out. All the midwives and Dr Chua were like: "just a little more!!"

But after Dr Chua snipped, it was really much easier and BB came out after 2nd or 3rd push..I can seriously feel the snipping and there was abit of pain.. When BB came out, I felt relived and was too tired to carry her for long..no tears from me (which i though i would have), just felt tired and happy she was finally out..

When I thought it was over and that I can finally rest, Dr Chua told me to push again for the placenta.. then after that, she need to stitch the area up. That was really painful.. I felt weird tugs and contractions at the anus area.. causing me to close my legs together unintentionally. Dr Chua had to give me ALL the painkillers I could use, like the laughing gas, increasing the epi, a jab on my thigh, some pills inserted into the anus.. but I still felt the pain. She said if I still feel the pain, she would need to send me to the OT to do the stitching already.. In my mind, I was like: "Oh no!! $$ again!!" So I endured until it was over..

Haha.. the painkiller took effect all the way until the next day that I dont have to take any oral painkillers for that day.. but abit late la..

I only realised that the backache is actually the contractions.. lol.. duhz..

Countdown!!

3 more days to BB's birthday!! It could be 4 or 5 days but 3 more days for me to admit myself into the hospital! I can feel that BB is getting bigger as Im feeling very tired easily and also my back aches, especially the lower back and its affect my right leg.. I'll feel a little pain whenever I go up slopes.. Not too sure if BB's engage but I really do hope she is by the 5th..

Purchases:

Cot Mobile! I cant help it, this is too cute! I just LOVE Brightstart and Fisher Price products! they are just so adorable! This does not require any batteries and it has music. The toys are facing down, meaning BB is able to look at the toys, unlike some other mobiles that faces those who stand besides the cot..

Another CTG scan when I went for my previous checkup.. There is contractions on the upper part of my abdomen (where her legs are).. There wasn't any when I first scanned.

BB moves alot.. so much that I have to sit there for 1 hour rather then the usual 30 mins.. See below, those missing graphs are when she moves and the machine is unable to detect her heartbeat..

Now Im just like waiting for THE day! =)

Week 37 (38)

Hee.. just came back from my check up and we've sort of "booked" a date to admit myself in the delivery suite..

Because Dr Chua said that I would need to induce labor due to GDM and my high BP.

She was also checking my cervix and said that it's a little dilated already as she felt the membrane of the uterus.. so I can go into labor anytime from now. but I somehow have a feeling BB will pop anytime soon!

My next checkup with her is on the 3rd May.. last checkup before delivery.. I'm so excited yet scared.. so this weekend I'm SO going to enjoy myself, enjoy the feeling of "singlehood" before motherhood, before all the crying starts.. Kakaka..

Week 36 (37)

Went for my gynae appointment today, and Dr Chua was checking my blood pressure, she said it was on the high side.. 149/80. but manual test is at 135./ 80... She said if my blood pressure continues to be this high, I would need to deliver earlier than my EDD. Im excited, yet scared..
Align Center
I was also sharing with her that when Im home resting or nuah-ing, BB tends to move lesser.. Meaning its takes long for her to move 10 times then the usual 4-5pm. She is usually more active when Im at work. She can kick so suddenly that I jump up because she kicked my ribs. At home, she moves a little bit, like as if she is nuah-ing together with me.. haha. She knows the smell of her own home.. =)

Anyway, Dr Chua suggested that I do an ultra sound to check my water level in case anything goes wrong.. She did a scan and everything was normal..so she told me to do an CTG scan to see if BB's heart beat is normal

From the ultra sound and by measure BB's belly, she is already 3.2kg!! That's really fast because at week 32, she is like only 1.9kg.

I was so shocked when Dr Chua told me said its normal and as long as I monitor my diet, the baby should not grow too big.. She is suppose to grow like 150gms a week. But 3.2kg now means how much would she weigh by the time she is born?? 4kg or more? -_-"

Since its normal, I'll just continue to watch my diet ba.. I've lost another 0.2kg.. all my weight gained during this pregnancy has been given to my little one.. haha..

Below would be a video of the CTG with sounds of her heartbeat (very regular rhythm) and her hiccups (the very random and sudden thump). I thought it was quite funny.. haha

Picture of her CTG..

ok, back to the normal routine.. I've bought a few stuffs for her online.. Cheap ones la.. hehe..

Cute plush socks with rattles!!

Another rattle for her from Daddy.. Daddy always say that I spend alot of $$ on BB, but actually, Daddy also would buy toys for her and would usually choose the more expensive ones!! Anyway, it may look a little weird but Black, Red and White are to stimulate BB's vision.. The sounds of the rattle is rather loud too and its a plush..

Some Disney rompers I've bought in Gmarket for just $5 each.. hehe.. So sweet Minnie mouse.. Actually, I dont really like Minnie mouse, but I just thought that its PINK and Cute.. so... ya.. bought it anyway. HA!

More things on the way!!!! Heee..

Week 34 (35)

OMG!! Week 34 already!! Im more and more anxious, scared, excited etc etc.. mixed feelings.. Part of me cant wait for BB to pop, another part of me worrying how would my life be after being in another chapter of my life.. In another 3 weeks, BB is ready to pop anytime already.. Hopefully my little one is a healthy BB!

Deborah gave birth to Eunice on the 29th March.. haha.. she just look soo cute and her tongue keep sticking out. Deb only went through labour of about 3 hours WITHOUT epidural.. hopefully I can do it too but if my labour is like more then 5 hours, i think i can forget about the idea.. haha.. how to rest when you are in pain and still get the strength to PUSH after so many hours of torture?? We'll see... haha

I went Shopping again!! Before Deborah gave birth, we went to the Expo baby fair on the 24th March.. and we bought ALOT of things.. we bought till both our hands were so full that we had to put everything into the car and go back for 2nd round of shopping.. haha.. Thank God Fabian was there to help me carry up my mum's place to0.. lol.. because its really ALOT!!

Here's what I've got:

Moo Moo Kow diapers! I shared this with Deborah and Cindy.. the total package is like $360 for 15 pieces with $50 worth of accessories so i chose 2 of the one size micro-fibre inserts for bigger kids.. so each of us took 5 diapers each.. There are quite limited choice of colours but I still manage to choose the colours that I like, but the lavender snap was OOS, so they mailed it to me.. Really nice service!

I emailed them my mailing address and also asked the owner, Abby, if i could still get the bamboo nursing pad at 3 for $20, which is the expo price that I kinda regret not getting on that day.. and she said Ok because I was her customer at the fair.. So nice!!

So the nursing pads came together with the Lavender snap the next day after payment was made. Fast and good service!! =)

I've bought the J&J Top to toe wash plus a milk lotion.. J&J is what I've used since young and love love love the smell of it!! The lotion is for the BB massage and of course, to moisturize her dry skin after bath..

When she grows up, I'll use the J&J shampoo and milk bath!! The smell just reminds me of my childhood years.. haha

These 2 are baby blankets for outdoors.. it feels really really soft and are nice to touch!! It comes in a pack of 5 for $20, but I just bought 2 from Deborah as I dont think I would need alot..

I saw this at the Babycare/Mustela booth..Its a baby swaddle cloth. I bought another one because I would need another swaddle cloth if I washed the polka dot one.. haha.. the main thing, its the cute tortise that made me interested in it.. haha..

For diapering, I was thinking of alternating the cloth diapers from Moo Moo Kow, the traditional prefold and also the disposable diapers.. Abit more work but at least I can save $$.. haha.. So at Tollyjoy booth, I bought the cloth napkins for about $15.90..

Cotton wool so that I dont have to always use baby wipes (which too contains quite alot of chemicals) to wipe her butt if she pees.. Poo poo than I would need to use wipes la.. My mum was telling me to get a HUGE container and roll the cotton into balls and keep it.. so that I dont have to keep pulling it out from this roll as it can be quite messy.. I will do it... when i find a container.. lol

Oh, how can I forget the napkin liners in case she poops!! I'll need to use it in both the cloth diapers and the MMK ones.. Not very expensive, it cost $13.90 for 200 pieces..

I thought I've got a cheap deal at Tollyjoy until we passed by Pureen's booth -_-""

Anyway, Deborah goes to KKH for her gynae checkups and there is a Pureen store there, so she has already bought some stuffs from Pureen as she felt that the materials are softer to touch.. the expo prices are also even cheaper so she bought more.. I bought it too because its also cheaper than Tollyjoy and I'll need to use it anyway..

Diaper clothes @$15.30.. The cloth is really much much softer than Tollyjoy!!

Nappy Liners @$5/ box.. softer as well..

Detergent for napkins and clothes @$5.70.. The aunty there swear by it making the cloth diapers super white and there's another lady who took like 2-3 boxes also said the same thing, so I just bought 1 box to try..

Diapers @ $12.. its actually like 3 packs for $36 but I shared with Deborah, so just took 1. what I like is that the tapes to tighten the diapers is not those sticky types but somehow like velcro.. Its really amazing because I've read on some brands whereby it doesnt stick anymore if you take it out and put it back again if you stick too tightly or too loosely. As a first time mom, i rather be abit KS la, saving $$ is still a priority. Anyway, it cost about $0.25 a piece.. its also consider quite cheap, just that I actually have problems finding this in the supermarket..

This is the biggest pack of pad I've ever seen and it has like only 20 pieces!!! the packaging is HUGE! Its $6 per pack, not very cheap as compared to other pads in the market but at least Im pretty sure this is VERY Thick, no doubts about its absorbency..

Avent:

Tadah! I finally bought the food cum bottle warmer @ $60 despite Justin telling me that we dont need it, because I still feel we need it as I would need to warm the milk fast without overheating the milk that would destroy all the precious nutrients!

Deb also told me that Evelyn said that the reusable breast pads are good, so I bought a box @ $16. The storage bottles (240ml) cost $24 for 10 pieces.. The total adds up to just nice $100 and they gave me an Avent bottle for free..

Been searching around for a nice diaper bag for quite sometime.. but I just couldn't find something I like.. until I saw this:

Its a sling bag that Im able to hook behind the stroller.. Its brown and pink!

Its water proof inside with compartments and a changing mat.. bought this at $35..hehe

You know, as my belly grows bigger, the stretchmarks became more and more and its even more itchy now.. the cream I've been using only cure the itchiness till a few hours after I apply but by noon, I feel itchy again.. So I bought this oil with rosehip fragrance.. it smells really nice!! Love it as its not oily.. It does last much longer then the cream but not the whole day..

Bought it at $29.90.. apparently the big bottle for the rosehip is not out in the market yet.. only a small bottle or the normal fragrance one.. and that already cost like $39.90!

Frederic bought this infant pillow for BB.. haha.. with a cute pillow case!!

There was also Popular book fair on the day of the BB fair..I totally didnt expect to buy anything from there but I came out with these...

Just for me to read up and know..

This is for BB to play during her bath time.. so cute!

This alphabet mat is just for her play on top of it.. hahaha and its so cheap! only $8.90! 26 pieces and I've decided to put half at my mum's place and the other half at my place. because Its tooo big!

Other buys from the past:

Its time to start reading this book liaoz...

I went to Giant with my mum while I was staying at Tamp.. and she bought these for BB.. It looks familiar right? Because I've bought it previously and felt that she lack of pyjamas so I bought a few more.. haha...

Another romper: "The question is: am I cute or what?" ... lol..

From Robinson sale with Meixi:

Mittens and booties..

BB caps!
Close up views

From Kiddy Palace.. A head support for the stroller.. Justin Daddy decides to spend a little more on something he thinks felt good for BB's touch.. It really does feels much better then the other head supports..

This is my favourite buy for now!! We went to BHG bugis yesterday and they had 20% off storewide.. They had this Strawberry Shortcake counter at one corner and I came across this cute overalls!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE kids in overalls!! I was holding on to some BB clothes already, but I decided to forgo the rest of it just for this piece! Its about $31 after discount.. A little ex la, but too cute for me to resist!!!

Front view..

My favourite: the pockets!!

There is another bb fair coming up.. I'm going to buy some stuffs to stock up if I do happen to come across like the nappy liners, cotton wools etc, if its cheap la..

Now, Im suppose to count my baby kicks, starting from 9am till what time my BB kicks 10 times. A cluster of movement only considered 1 count. So far, she has been quite active, when i reach work and sit down, she will move alot.. so usually I can stop counting at about 4pm..

There is once I was so worried because she did not move since morning, so at about 11am, I decided to "wake" her up but patting my tummy non stop until she moves 1 time. It took quite a while of patting until she moves, but then she starts moving, she moves alot within the next 3 hours!! Kicking up my ribs, moving to the side of the belly, etc.. She sure took her revenge.. hahaha...

My little girl is so cheeky, just like her Daddy.. =)
